Edgewater House Wedding | Megan+Gordon
This Edgewater House Wedding was one of my favorite weddings I've had the pleasure to photograph. Megan+Gordon have become very dear to me and the venue fits their spirits so well and was perfect for the lively beachy party they were craving. The rope swing, the lawn games, the 90's jams, the S'mores around the fire, the PhotoBooth and an end-of-the-night portrait session on the beach made their day a dream to photograph.
And don't let me forget about Megan's relationship with her mother. It's a beautiful thing and they don't forget to have fun together. I love this venue and hope I'll have the opportunity to shoot there again in the future. Please enjoy these favorites of mine from their incredible wedding day.
I don't know about other photographers, but Toasts are one of my favorite parts of the day. Getting to know the family a little bit better as a fly on the wall really gives you a great look at how a family ticks. And I'm very thankful to be witness to those moments. Megan+Gordon had an open mike toast and the constant laughter and tears were so heartwarming. I love my job.
And finally, the PhotoBooth was a smashing success. But it's the sword-swinging flower girl who wins the gold medal. Every time.
